Privacy Policy

Effective August 17, 2026

This policy explains what information MCA Solvers collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and what choices you have. We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us at (862) 279-7600 and ask.

Who we are

MCA Solvers works with business owners who are dealing with merchant cash advance debt. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means MCA Solvers. When it says "you," it means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.

Information you give us

When you request a case review, we ask for your first and last name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, and the state your business is in. We also ask about your situation: your approximate total advance balance, how many funders you are working with, whether a lawsuit has been filed against you, whether your business is still operating, what funds you may have available toward a settlement, the best time to reach you, and anything else you choose to tell us.

You decide how much of this to share. Only your name, phone, and email are required to reach out to us. The rest helps us give you a more useful answer, but you can leave it blank and we will ask on the phone instead.

If you call us, send us a text message, or start a chat on this site, we receive whatever you tell us in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It collects standard technical information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are located, the type of device and browser you use, and the site or search that brought you here. This is used to improve the website. It is not used to identify you personally.

You can block this collection using your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.

How we use your information

We use what you share with us to:

  • Contact you about the case review you requested
  • Evaluate your situation and explain what options may be available
  • Provide services to you if you decide to work with us
  • Respond to questions you send by phone, text, chat, or email
  • Meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Text messages

If you send us a text message or give us your phone number and ask us to text you, you are consenting to receive text messages from us about your inquiry and your case. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop receiving texts from us at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect our ability to reach you by phone or email, and it does not affect any services we are providing you.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with lenders, funders, brokers, lead buyers, or anyone else looking to market to you.

We share your information only in these situations:

  • With service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, email provider, and phone or messaging services. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
  • With parties necessary to work your file, such as your funders, and only after you have decided to move forward and with your knowledge.
  • When we are legally required to, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.

How long we keep it

We keep case review submissions and client records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. If you contacted us and did not become a client, you can ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to retain it.

Security

Information you submit through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that a determined attacker will never succeed. What we can tell you is that we do not collect more than we need and we do not sell what we collect.

Please do not send sensitive documents, bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers through the website form or by text. If we need those, we will tell you a secure way to send them.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

  • Ask us what information we have about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages
  • Ask us to stop contacting you entirely

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Contact us using the information below and we will help you exercise them.

Children

This site is intended for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
