Terms of Service

Read this part first

MCA Solvers is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice and we do not represent anyone in court. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney client relationship or any other professional relationship with you. If you have been sued, speak with a licensed attorney in the state where your case was filed.

These terms govern your use of mcasolvers.com. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do and what we do not do

MCA Solvers works with business owners on merchant cash advance debt. That work includes reviewing your situation, explaining options, and negotiating with funders on your behalf if you choose to work with us.

We do not:

  • Practice law, give legal advice, or represent anyone in a legal proceeding
  • Lend money, refinance advances, or broker new financing
  • Provide tax, accounting, or investment advice
  • Promise or guarantee any particular outcome

No professional relationship is created by this website

Visiting this site, reading our content, using the settlement calculator, submitting the case review form, sending a text, or starting a chat does not create any professional relationship between you and MCA Solvers. A relationship begins only if we both agree in writing to work together.

Because no relationship exists yet, information you send us through this site before we agree to work together may not be treated as confidential in the way it would be once we are engaged. Do not send anything you would not want disclosed until we have confirmed an engagement.

No guarantee of results

Every situation is different. What a funder will agree to depends on your contracts, your finances, how many positions you have, where things stand, and factors outside anyone's control.

Nothing on this site is a promise, prediction, or guarantee of any specific outcome, settlement amount, percentage of reduction, or timeline. Any general information about how settlements typically work is educational, not a representation about what will happen in your case.

The settlement calculator is illustrative only

The calculator on this site shows what different hypothetical reduction scenarios would look like arithmetically. It is a math tool, not an offer, a quote, an appraisal, or a prediction. It does not know your contracts, your funders, or your circumstances, and its output should not be relied on in making any decision.

Content is general information

Articles, guides, blog posts, and FAQ answers on this site are general information about merchant cash advance debt. Laws and practices vary by state and change over time, and general information cannot account for the specifics of your situation. Do not act or refrain from acting based on anything here without getting advice appropriate to your circumstances.

  • Use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy site content for commercial use without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
